Policy Details

All items to be returned require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please request an RMA number and state the reason for the return before returning your item.

We will refuse returned item that has no prior authorization.

To request for an RMA please log into your Peptish account, click on orders then click on the order # of the item you want to return. Once the order opens click on request a replacement or a refund and fill and submit the form.

All returns must be in its original condition complete with all the packaging, manual, warranty forms and accessories. We will email you back an RMA number to stick outside the box.

The buyer should bear the freight cost in returning the item, we will be the one to pay the freight in shipping the replacement back to you. Generally, all returns will be replaced or if it was defective, will be repaired.

If we do not have a replacement, then we will issue a merchandise (store) credit.

The merchandise credit is computed as follows:

Amount paid less 10% restocking fee, less actual freight, less cost of missing parts and accessories if there is any. You can use your merchandise credit towards your future purchases in our store as your form of payment.

REFUNDS: The refund is computed as follows: amount paid less 10% restocking fee, less actual freight (the amount paid to pay to ship the item to the buyer even if its "free shipping"), less cost of missing parts and accessories if there any.
